CLE

Eligible participants can receive up to 8.0 total credits in 50-minute jurisdictions (including up to 1 ethics credit) and up to 7.0 total in 60-minute jurisdictions (including up to 1 ethics credit).

To receive CLE credit, attorneys must record sessions attended and CLE codes provided at each session via webCLE. Live attendance must be recorded August 27, 2020. This deadline does not apply to the download format.

Please Note: CLE credits not reported on webCLE by the published deadline will be subject to an administrative late fee to cover incurred costs.

FAQs

Attorneys must attend a session in its entirety and record the session attended via webCLE (www.ailawebcle.org) to receive credit. Specific instructions for how to receive credit have been included in your conference materials. Please keep track of each CLE session you attend, including the attendance code announced at the end of each session, using the CLE sheet in your digital materials.

The deadline for reporting attendance for live sessions is August 27, 2020.

To report your live attendance, visit webCLE then click “MyEvents”> “Conference” > “2020 AILA Virtual Immigration Court Conference.”

The OnDemand sessions are part of the 2020 AILA Summer CLE Bonus Bundle. To report your on-demand attendance, visit webCLE then click “MyEvents”> “OnDemand Conference”> “2020 AILA Summer CLE Bonus Bundle.”

The deadline to report attendance for the on-demand 2020 AILA Summer CLE Bonus Bundle sessions is July 19, 2021.
